The exceptional quality of this dish lies in its manufacturing material, Pyrex® borosilicate glass. Resistant to extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +300°C, it can safely go from the freezer to the oven. In addition, its resistance to thermal shocks up to 220°C makes it a reliable ally for all your culinary preparations.
It does not retain stains or odours, thus preserving the purity of the flavours. Be careful, however, that its lid is not suitable for cooking in the oven.
