The exceptional quality of this dish lies in its manufacturing material, Pyrex® borosilicate glass. Resistant to extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +300°C, it can safely go from the freezer to the oven.
In addition, its resistance to thermal shocks up to 220°C makes it a reliable ally for all your culinary preparations. It does not retain stains or odours, thus preserving the purity of the flavours. Be careful, however, that its lid is not suitable for cooking in the oven.
CARE: Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. The gasket and locks can be disassembled.
USE: Non-leak product, not suitable for transporting liquid food. Compatible with traditional oven without lid. Use with the lid unlocked for reheating in the microwave oven, forgetting to unlock will result in a risk of deformation of the lid. Do not use on a cooktop, do not place on a damp surface after removing from the oven, risk of breakage.
